Above are the standard fees associated with the services offered. For those interested in not using insurance, it is possible that insurance will reimburse you once you submit a a super bill. A super bill can be provided to you upon request. For those using insurance, the current insurances accepted are SC Medicare, SC Medicaid, Molina of SC, Cigna, GA Medicare, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, Optum Medicare, and ESI (EAP program). Insurance benefits will be verified prior to first appt. Payments due on date of service. Please check with your insurance provider regarding your out of network benefits.
